Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market discontinuities through 2026
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, AI, and climate sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefs translating complex future landscapes into executive decision-support tools
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to embed foresight into organizational strategy
- Lead a team of junior futurists and researchers in cultivating a robust intelligence ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical fluency in emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI governance, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing global research initiatives
