Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Architect scalable quantum neural networks with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models to practical implementations
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum algorithms or AI optimization
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols (surface, LDPC codes)
