Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology radar system, tracking AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders across R&D, marketing, and operations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community across global offices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate abstract concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
