- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Certification in innovation management preferred
