Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and market trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive innovations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design cross-functional innovation pipelines aligned with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or policy impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex systems
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
