As a thought leader in our Future Intelligence Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable foresight frameworks. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, market expansion plans, and organizational resilience strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Author executive briefings and innovation roadmaps translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state visioning
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking emerging trend adoption and competitive disruption
- Represent the organization at global futures conferences and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for technology-driven transformation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in reputable foresight or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of translating future insights into measurable business outcomes
