Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to expand foresight capabilities
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future studies with demonstrable impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field required
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
