- Design ethical guidelines for next-generation autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports influencing $2B R&D portfolio decisions
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and UN Sustainable Development
- Lead scenario planning for climate resilience and resource optimization solutions
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Technology Forecasting with 10+ years applied experience
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature Futures, Foresight) on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and Delphi methodologies
- Track record advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term technology disruption
- Proficiency in AI-powered trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with deep understanding of global cultural shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 realized future-shaping initiatives
