Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon-scanning methodologies

- Build predictive models for societal shifts and market disruptions
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental projects
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist summits and policy forums
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier tech publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and AI platforms
- Global network of futurists and domain experts
