Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework encompassing tech, economic, and social trends
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future scenarios across organizational levels
- Advise product development teams on emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Monitor and analyze global signals through proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
