Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trajectories toward 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Design and implement horizon scanning systems to identify disruptive signals across 15+ industries
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and domain experts
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-vision frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling ability with executive presentation experience
- Published author or recognized speaker at global foresight conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementations driving measurable impact
