- Oversee implementation of ethical guardrails for autonomous systems
- Secure partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Future of Humanity Institute, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in foresight roles at Fortune 500 firms or UN agencies
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on exponential technologies
- Expertise in Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend prediction tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Track record influencing national tech policy (e.g., via NIST submissions)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ foresight accuracy (minimum 85% validation)
