Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for key stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) highly valued
