Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Author strategic white papers and trend reports for C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech validation
- Design and execute immersive innovation workshops for global stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-tech research
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic concepts (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
