As a thought leader at Innovatech Solutions, you'll decode emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts to position us at the forefront of innovation. This pivotal role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative foresight, and executive-level influence to transform future possibilities into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal trends to identify 2026 opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps aligning technological shifts with business objectives
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing operations and market positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Represent Innovatech at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
- Drive creation of our annual '2026 Tech Horizon' thought leadership report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of developing C-suite-level future strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
