Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruption
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for AI governance, quantum adoption, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into product roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using proprietary trend-forecasting platforms
- Identify and mitigate ethical/technical risks in emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2026+ impact (quantifiable deliverables required)
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or bio-integration
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in Nature/Science/AI journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Agent-Based Modeling)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives preferred
