- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Build and mentor a high-performing Future Strategy team
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends preferred
