Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Architect long-term strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability megatrends
- Facilitate executive workshops and scenario planning sessions for 2026 market positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive strategy with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies mastery
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership or recognized contributions to futurist discourse
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for 5-10 year horizons
