Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 market disruptions using AI-driven trend analysis
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scanning Reports with 18-24 month predictive accuracy
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource scarcity
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio testing 2026-viable business models
- Mentor junior futurists in our proprietary Future Synthesis Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy planning
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, Palantir)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (Shell, Delphi method)
