- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Produce trend reports on AI ethics, climate tech, and bio-integration for global clients
- Design resilience frameworks against black swan events in digital ecosystems
- Curate annual 'Horizon 2026' conference featuring Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at enterprise level
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ trend reports that accurately predicted market shifts
- Proficiency in AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience with scenario planning for decentralized autonomous organizations
