You'll present compelling narratives to stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives that shape our 2026 product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership on future market shifts
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight capability across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
