Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technology trends to create a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company vision.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define the future of work, hybrid environments, and digital transformation strategies.
- Evaluate and prototype next-generation technologies (e.g., advanced AI agents, quantum computing readiness) to assess viability for enterprise deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate futuristic features into current development cycles.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and futurist think tanks.
- Present high-level strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members to secure budget and support for long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information Technology Strategy, Business Consulting, or Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in navigating organizational change and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MSc in Tech Strategy) preferred.
