As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and product development cycles, ensuring we maintain competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026+ strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for potential future states (2025-2030)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging realities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Oversee implementation of innovation pipelines based on future-state projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
