Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing next-gen AI systems and sustainable infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across quantum computing, biotech, and climate resilience
- Translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with global stakeholders to validate and scale emerging innovations
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conferences
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all project deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year R&D initiatives
- Strong network within global tech, academic, and policy communities
