In this pivotal position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to identify disruptive technologies, validate market opportunities, and translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our innovation agenda while representing our brand at global tech forums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Represent company vision at industry conferences and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
