Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of high-level AI orchestration frameworks capable of managing complex, multi-agent systems.
- Design seamless integration pathways between legacy systems and emerging generative AI models.
- Implement robust error-handling and self-healing mechanisms for autonomous agents.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI logic to ensure accuracy and ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical vision into reality.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems for high-traffic applications.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
