Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption across global markets
- Develop and maintain trend radar systems identifying emerging innovations in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry summits
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects exploring 2030+ technological paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Published thought leader in technology forecasting or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
