Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create comprehensive 5-year and 2026-specific technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Lead the execution of technical PoCs to validate future tech adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Partnerships: Forge relationships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and strategists focused on long-term innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior leadership role.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and translate them into business strategy.
