Your Role
As the Senior Future Tech Lead, you will be the architect of our long-term technical strategy. You will lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to solve complex problems that don't yet have standard solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI-driven automation and quantum-readiness.
- Lead the architecture and design of high-scale distributed systems, ensuring 99.99% uptime and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
