Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML and Quantum computing infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore the intersection of Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum algorithms for 2026 and beyond.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate technologies into unified software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability in automated systems.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI and quantum computing services and hardware providers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Q# or Qiskit).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent certification is a plus.
