Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams (15+ members)
- Expertise in agile methodologies for R&D environments
- Strong patent portfolio (3+ granted patents)
- Experience securing government and corporate grants
