Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Edge Computing.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems, ensuring they are resilient and future-proof.
- Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for high-risk, high-reward technologies.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, 2026-ready architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or lead role.
- Proven track record of planning and implementing technology roadmaps for future releases.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
