- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Innovation Labs Management: Lead internal innovation squads to prototype and validate next-generation solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or product strategy within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for major projects or enterprises, specifically with a forward-looking perspective.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and technical feasibility for 2026 and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
