Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex backend issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
