Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- System Architecture: Architect robust backend solutions and optimize frontend performance for speed and reliability.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Solid understanding of Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
