Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve complex escalated tickets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer networking concepts.
