Responsibilities
- Development: Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless responsiveness across all devices.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a major framework such as React or Angular.
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Java) and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
