Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Lead code reviews to ensure best practices and architectural integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conducting technical interviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and propose efficient solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and debug efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
