Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure end-user devices (laptops, mobile, peripherals)
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Conduct security awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
