- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimization: Perform code reviews, optimize database queries, and improve application load times.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Redux, and modern CSS.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
