Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Security Implementation: Enforce security best practices and protocols to protect sensitive data and user privacy.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Technical Leadership: Guide technical decision-making and contribute to the evolution of our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
