Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure network stability and security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of operating systems.
