Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Frontend Implementation: Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks.
- Backend Logic: Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Python.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and NoSQL solutions to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and best practices sessions.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance bottlenecks to improve application speed and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/Flask).
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with cloud databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
