Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure product stability.
- Security: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement robust security measures to protect user data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
