Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing codebases.
- Ensure data security and integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
