Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Document all IT activities, solutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
