Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, functional code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of engineering excellence.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our development lifecycle.
- Debug complex issues and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass/SCSS.
- Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, Context API).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
