- Manage $500K+ monthly ad budgets with 25% YoY growth targets
- Lead a team of 4-6 marketing specialists with mentorship and performance coaching
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush tools
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads for B2B clients
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite executives with actionable insights
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of scaling client acquisition through paid channels
