Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email channels
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and mentor junior staff
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools
- Manage client relationships and deliver monthly performance reports
- Optimize conversion funnels and improve ROI through A/B testing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
