Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms to drive business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data visualization dashboards for stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Data Science.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience considered).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
